Walk on, walk on
What you got they can’t steal it
No, they can’t even feel it
Walk on, walk on
Stay safe tonight

Here’s the story ….

This lady in her 40s , diabetic , cancer survivor presented with massive heart attack, very low blood pressure requiring Nor adrenaline support, reached hospital within first 24 hrs since onset of chest pain .
Ecg showed ‘Tombstoning’ .

She was taken up in Cathlab promptly and it showed 100% block in Left Anterior Descending artery , which supplies more than two third of heart muscle , causing such massive heart attack .
Successful primary angioplasty ( Angioplasty within first 24hrs of heart attack ) was done and she was discharged after 3 days .

On 6 months’ follow up , she’s doing well and carrying on with her life as usual .

She’s a real fighter, having beaten a deadly cancer and then a massive heart attack. Either of them might have ended her dreams … but she never gave up. No 1 cardiologist in kolkata
